LaSenza isn't processing my payment!

I submitted an order to LaSenza more than two weeks ago, and paid with my paypal balance, and the transaction still says just 'pending'!! Has anybody had this happen before?

Did they just skip over my order or something? Now the stuff won't be here in time so I'm hoping it just expires without them processing it. What should I do?

I've never purchased online for la senza since there's stores all around me. I suggest you call their customer service number to follow up what exactly is going on...
