I've found this to be true with the Pochette and the Kelly Cut. Any KC I've ever been offered have been as a bonus "add on" as a little surprise when I've picked up a QB from my SA, and then any Pochette I've been offered, same deal. I have, however, turned down all KP offers because I don't care for the style, oddly enough.

Apr 18, Wynn. Very nice male SA, felt comfortable, store was quiet on a weekday. No calvi(s)... Why does this SLG evade me?! Bought a mini pop H necklace and twilly (good selection). Asked about bags and he said inventory is low but showed me a Hermes Saut 25 in NATA! It was love at first sight, great size, perfect colour and I haven't seen this under-the-radar bag at my home store before, so I said yes and bagged it home.
Apr 20, Bellagio. SA didn't feel as friendly. No calvi (haha I'm giving up at this point), took a walk around, nothing interesting.

Agree. Wynn has more stocks. Saw someone being sold a Picotin 22..but it seems like you have to have a relationship with them or buy in significant amounts. Otherwise, I hear SAs say "the stock is too low or we have 0 bags in the back". The SA here was friendlier too. I asked for a charm that was hard to find and she showed me everything (of that kind) that she got..she pulled it out of their drawer..saying they just got it that day. Yes, Bellagio will be renovated soon.

it would not be equal distribution if they only will prioritize or cater to locals since considering there are 3 boutiques in LV. That’s just sad. Lots of people travel to LV on special ocassions and want to buy themselves something nice and memorable too.
H is a marketing genius so they know how to drive up sales even more..certainly.
This is not my local store. But, I am just saying what I observed that time. And as always, with all things H, everything may vary or change. Also, I have yet to experience being sold a QB without a prespend from my regular/local store. So, this is not new to me.
Crystals has plenty of inventory, it is not that Wynn or Bellagio have more - they just don't have anything on the floor and will flat out tell non-regular customers there is nothing in the back if they ask. I cannot speak to the other boutiques, but with respect to Crystals, there seems to be significant bias toward their regular clients versus walk-ins and those without a history with that store.
Also @showgratitude funny enough, I actually did have a QB offered to me once at a boutique at which I had NO spend, no history. I only walked in and bought a shawl and mentioned an interest in a dark coloured B25 and was offered Noir/GHW by the SA. I think this was around 2018.

Many moons ago, I walked into H in Madison. There was a Blue Jean Kelly on the shelf. We chatted for a while. I did not make a purchase of any kind. Yet, the SA said that I can purchase it if I wanted to. While I knew what it was and it was nice, it didn't appeal to me much that time. So I thanked the kind and friendly SA and walked away. Ahh..those were the days! I doubt that that will ever happen again!
With H in LV, I felt that you need an established relationship, significant purchase history..or both. Otherwise, you will be told that "stocks are low". But that is nothing new to me. That is just H being H.

Saw a lot of unboxings at the Bellagio store today! B25 noir, rose Sakura picotin 18, and I believe a noir picotin 18.
Picotin is a possibility. I would ask up front for the bag and tell them you are travelling from outside the country. I dont think they would expect you to establish a relationship with them considering the circumstances.Hi guys! I’m going Vegas in a couple of weeks! Just want to have the best possible chance
Thanks so much! Do you think it’s Beverly Hills is worse or better? I’ll also be there - but I’ve heard mixed reviews. Don’t know if I should spend my money in LA or Las Vegas.
