Hi,Hi, I got a Picotin with no prior purchases. I would go on the first day and tell them what you are looking for. Tell them how long you will be there and and tell them you will come back in. I wouldn't buy something you don't want just to get a bag. With that said, it wouldn't hurt to buy something that you do want.
im not sure if your trip is already done. But I walked into the Hermes store at Wynn and was able to get a Picotin 18 in black with GHW.
I did not have any prior purchase history with Hermes before this trip. I walked in asking to try on Oran sandals and some other shoes. The SA was really nice and brought out a few shoe options in my size. Sadly none of the Hermes shoes worked out for me. My husband randomly asked if they were allowed to sell a birkin or a Kelly to a new customer, to which the SA replied no. My husband then said oh what about a Picotin 18? The SA said depending on the color we want he can show us a few options. We told him we wanted either hold on gold or black/ghw.
he then took us back downstairs and brought out 2 boxes. One of them was a bright orange Picotin, which I declined and another bag (I don’t know what that style is called). I said no to that one as well and asked for black if possible. He then brought out a black Picotin 18
I purchased a couple of more things from that store. So hoping you can score your Picotin too!

I am still on my trip. Tomorrow is my last day and so far, no luck
on my first day I went to the Bellagio store, they said they had none in stock straight up. I then went to the Wynn, and tried to get some oasis sandals, but they also did not have my size. I asked for a picotin and she said no also I went to the Wynn store again today. I got a different SA and bought a pair of Oran sandals - she said she will keep me in mind if she gets any picotin today or tomorrow! Unsure if she means it or not

I am going to Vegas coming Sunday and I went online to request an appointment at Crystals City store and I received an email saying “Once approved, you will receive an appointment confirmation email.” Anyone knowhow long they will reply? In this case, is that mean the appointment is not really book yet and need to wait if they might denied the request.

I got an email and text on the day of the appointment. The store wasn't that busy and there was 2-3 additional associates that could've helped if you did not have an appointment. Good luck!
Seems like inventory is pretty random. Luckily the stores are pretty close together and it’s easy to visit all of them

Hello. I'm new to the Hermes game. I currently have an SA with my local store. However, I'm going to Vegas for the weekend with my friends soon and would like to try my luck at the Vegas stores.
Does anyone know if purchasing at a Las Vegas Hermes store will affect the relationship with your local Hermes SA?
Does it help if I already have an account with history purchase?
