Hi all! Visiting one of the Vegas locations as a first time buyer and hoping to start a relationship here, even though my “home store”
would be Beverly Hills. I’m just looking to purchase a pair of Orans for my birthday, but if possible, would also like to purchase an Evelyne in TPM or PM size. Is it likely that I will be able to buy the bag this trip or will I need to build a relationship first?

Hi! It doesn’t hurt to try in Vegas but I would probably just shop at BH since they have better inventory than Vegas. If I could do it all over again, I would have stayed at BH and not switched my profile to Vegas. The so called pre-spend in Vegas is on par or even higher than BH. Back in late 2020, I have seen many Evelyn TPM or PM at BH available for first time/walk-in customers. Good luck!!

Thank you for the input! Is it a bad look to make a first purchase in Vegas and continue in BH? I really just want the sandals as a birthday gift.

I was in Vegas from Friday to Sunday and went to all 3 locations. No mini evelynes or mini lindys

Unfortunately, your only chance is to visit a local Vegas reseller and buying one there.

There is no such thing as a waitlist. Kelly Pochette is currently one of the rarest and hottest bags. All stores, including Vegas stores have hundreds of clients with multi year and several hundred thousands of dollars worth of spending historys, waiting for a KP and each store only gets a handful (or fewer) each year. Any that they receive will be offered to their long term VIP clients.

As per many threads on TPF, the only store where you can get lucky like this is a leather bag appt at a paris flagship. Currently there are 10k applicants for 300 appts in Paris.

Yup… i thought KP will give be better chances than a MK2… but my SA says KP and Mk2 are siimilar in rarity, she even thinks KP is even rarer since they are producing them as much as MK2

Definitely rarer these days and even more difficult for a non VIP to get since they can be offered to VIPs as an additional bonus since they don’t count against their two quota bag annual limit.
