made an unexpected short stop to Las Vegas and decided to check out 2 of the 3 H stores since they were close to our hotel. Couldn't bear all the crowds to get to the 3rd store further away. I was looking forward to the Bellagio since from tpf, that seems to have the best stuff and SA's. my former SA from the east coast also recently transferred there, so I was hoping to see her. Staff was nice, and the store was pretty big with lots of inventory despite being right after Christmas. the security guard was super nice and helped track down SA's to help people. my former SA was off that day, so a manager (i assume this because he spoke about his ordering for each season) helped us. sadly they didn't have the men's wallet we've been looking for for years, but he was nice. we began talking about ostrich, and i casually mentioned i'd love to own an ostrich k one day. his face was like "good luck with that" but when he found out about the history with my former SA before she transferred, he told me to follow up with her, and maybe she can help me.

then we visited Crystals. the boutique was small, and the SA's were not friendly at all. some of the least friendly SA's i've encountered worldwide, and the store was not busy by any means. I don't think a single SA was serving a client when we entered. after maybe 5-10 minutes browsing the home items, 1 SA approached.

between these 2 stores, i'd return to the bellagio based on inventory and friendliness. there was nearly every style bag on display (excluding B, K, C) and some nice exotic wallets (i remember constance, bearn, and kelly wallets for sure).

I assume he was a manager since he mentioned his buying trips and how ostrich is oddly not considered a special leather so it doesn't take away from his quota for exotics. He was nice and professional and mentioned if I'm willing to catch a flight to Vegas then maybe my former sa can still help with my wish list. I don't have super high expectations because I prefer buying from my Paris sa but I always figure it can't hurt to maintain relationships everywhere!

Hello girls, pretty akward for me to type under my wife's name but I am trying to find Birkin Croc. I have been told this is impossible. My wife has been with me 5 yrs, she stuck with me when my business went down. She sold all her jewelry and bags to help keep us atay afloat. Now I am back in business and wouls like to return the favor by purchasing her dream bag. If anyone can recommend me a SA who wants to make her year sales, please send me
her my way.

I could me wrong but I thought SA don't get commission for Birkin sales.

You are correct. Sales don't get commission on birkin/kelly sales. They get commission on the other things, that's why you may have to buy other things before get offered a birkin.

But it doesn't hurt to try. There are many good sales who just want to help out.

Thank you for the help, I literally am just flying over from SF to visit the 3 stores and then head back to SF, to then take another flight to SJU. Cross your fingers for me.😬

I think the chance you get a croc birkin in SF is quite big. My sales always asked me if I'm ready for a croc B... but of course you need to build relationship at SF too...
