My SA in Bellagio is the best! She calls everytime she has something to offer that she thinks I might want. And she never gets discouraged if I turn her down. I just went there yesterday because she was holding a C for me. She said they got a large delivery last Monday.

Haven't spoken to my SA in a while so I guess she doesn't have things that would spark my interest. Hence not sure about new stock delivery. I know my Seattle SA said they had a new shipment recently and I got offered a B contour but passed on it.

I always had great experience at crystals. My SA is wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Doesn't help to call up ahead of time and see if the items you want are in store and then maybe connect with a SA and start building your profile and perhaps get lucky like pinkchampagne?

Haha yes, and maybe lightning will strike twice for me in the future? I'm planning a trip in June, but I'm looking for a specific color Birkin (etoupe with preferably silver hardware) in 30 or 35. When is a good time to reach out to my SA? Weeks to months? Is etoupe a pretty obtainable color?

I'm not too sure but I believe again a 35 will be easier to obtain. Let your SA know that you are coming and to look out for that color so they can reserve it. It may help buying small little accessories or things they can ship prior to arriving. I think their managers do prefer purchase history. Wouldn't hurt helping the SA with a little sales 🤗

I definitely think I'll purchase something prior to arriving. Just trying to figure out when is the best time to reach out in the next 6 months.

That's too funny -- I'm planning on going the week of the 6th for a conference. I'm planning all of my conferences for Vegas now :laugh:

Hahaha I know right! I plan all my trips to pass Vegas or visit friends etc. I used to live there and never got lucky there but only after I moved [emoji30][emoji30][emoji30]

I know, I wish Vegas was not like 3,000 miles away for me, but I always enjoy myself. This October was my third trip there, and tourists were actually asking me for directions thinking I was a local :D. It's weird, I was actually dreading going this time, knowing I'd be traveling alone and would be there a full 7 days. The conference was not what I was expecting, and I thought I'd be miserable for the entire week. Then, something MAGICAL happened on Day 2 when I got an excited voicemail from my SA ;)

When are you planning on going in June?

I'm planning on end of June [emoji20] so i doubt we will cross paths. Yeah you got really lucky! I haven't heard anyone get a B without any purchase before in Vegas in the recent years. May the H Angels bless you again ~~~ [emoji56][emoji56][emoji56]

Just came back from Vegas. Stayed there for the Xmas weekend and visited all 3 stores. Bellagio had the best inventory imo. Lots of toolbox, lindy, garden party of various sizes and colours. Wynn had a giant blue HAC on display. Crystals did not have as many bag selections as Bellagio, but they did have some nice croc SLGs.

SAs at all 3 stores were very nice. Sadly I could not convince myself to purchase anything from the US stores right now because of the exchange rate. :(
