So, will a SA not call you about something on your wishlist? I'm willing to get on a flight within a few days to a week notice, but I'd need the bag held to adjust for my work schedule.

I know SAs will hold bags, up to a week or so, in some cases I've heard up to 2 weeks. I think it depends on your relationship with the SA. I'm referring to Vegas specifically.

Thanks Tinklemd. The 28 is a great size when you don't have to carry a lot, and in retourne, can look dressy and casual. It's quite versatile.

Very hard because they are paranoid about you not showing up even though you said you would. If it is something on your wish list that is non leather, they can probably hold it for you but anything is leather they want to sell asap. I often times don't understand this logic. If their products are so popular, they won't have trouble finding another customer should not not show up or decline it. They can put a time limit like a lot of department stores for hold. Overall they have silly policies. Even if you have bought something from them and want to leave it with them and pick up later, they won't allow that. Go figure.

Hmm usually they say a couple of days. Max is 2 weeks but that's really case to case basis and they would need to get a managers approval again. Especially when it comes to the B and K

My Vegas SA is pretty great when it comes to calling me for things I want. But my local SA never bothers to unless they need to sell stuff badly and meet a quota

I hv been to all H stores every time I went to Vegas and I always have a good CS wether I bought something or ended up empty handed. One SA at Crystal was so nice that she spent may be 15 minutes to find the scarf that I'm looking for without any complain but with smiles. Very courteous and professional.

I have had mixed experiences with LV Hermes, but I will add my praise of Crystals. Lovely staff.

I was in Vegas the week before thanksgiving and I had no luck there. I didn't think the selection at any of the stores was that great...guess it depends on what you are looking for. I had the best experience in Encore.
