Hi, everyone! I am going to Vegas in a few weeks. What is the likelyhood of me getting a b35 in gold or a bleu electrique or any type of fun color really. My home store's SD only ordered black and etoupe b35 this year so I am going to try to buy at another store during my summer travels. Is it a situation where I am going to have to buy a sofa or a side table :giggle:

I am also going to Hawaii in July so I can try there but wanted to try Vegas. I know neither are a guarantee, sadly.

Hey gf <3 - incredibly slim to none I would venture to say, unfortunately. Unless you want to have that sofa shipped home. ;)

Hahaha thanks for helping me manage my expectations. I will still visit to see if I can get other things that my home store may not have! I’d imagine the shipping to another state would cost just as much as the sofa :giggle:

Honestly, if you venture to purchase it, they probably would ship it for free. It's all, baked into their DP/ROI.

I've had large items shipped to me with absolutely no charge...

Which store is worth checking out if I would like to try for hard to get items such as chypre sandals?

I’m also looking honestly for a Constance 18 and a Mini Lindy. Not too picky on colours.

Which store should I hit up? And how much should I expect to spend to potentially get these items on the spot as a tourist

Chypre sandals have been available the last 2 times I have been in. My home store is Bellagio, but it's the smallest. The Wynn and Crystals locations have 2 floors. It's very unlikely you will get a Constance without having a prior relationship with an SA. Good luck, you never know. :-)

Thank you! Does anyone know if they take an online purchase into consideration as making a prior purchase?
You need to buy at the same store and same SA to build the relationship. They don't really count the online purchases. However you can ask your SA to find you an item you like online or send you the link to purchase the item online but he/she gets the credit for it.

I was in Las Vegas this week. Went to Bellagio and Crystals. The inventory was so low. I wasn’t even really looking for bags. Just looking for shoes and RTW or honestly just something fun to purchase and there was nothing. It was pretty depressing as I have previously found some great items in LV stores.

For those of you who aren’t local to LV but have made it your home store after shopping regularly at a different boutique, have you had any issues making the transition or getting an SA to take you seriously?

My husband and I visit regularly enough that I’ve been giving serious consideration to leaving my seemingly very competitive home store (and an SA who I thought I was working well with, but our last few interactions have left a lot to be desired) and shopping exclusively at one of the Vegas boutiques instead.

I have a number of items at varying price points and across several categories that I’m hoping to find while visiting in a couple of weeks, but the SAs there will obviously be able to see that I have consistent purchase history over the last 6-7 months with my current location. I don’t know if it’s worth mentioning while shopping (I figured I’d say something if it comes up organically during the flow of the visit), but eventually I’d like to get to a point where I could discuss wishlist (non-QB and possibly QB for longer term wishes).

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi! There are many people from California who make one of the 3 Vegas stores as their home store. It’s been getting quite competitive in Vegas these days. The pre spend ratio is actually similar to BH from what I have heard. The stocks are quite low in Vegas in general. Some people waited about a year to get a qb offer with 1:2 or more spending. The manager might even want to see higher spending to prove your loyalty to their store since you have shopped somewhere else before. Also, just be aware that when the Vegas SA offers you a qb, you might need to fly over there and pick it up within a certain time frame. If you do find a SA that you click with during this Vegas trip, you can discuss the possibility of transferring your account there and go from there. Good luck!

All of that makes total sense, thank you!
