Thanks for sharing that’s super helpful!! Unfortunately I don’t have any Hermes bags yet so I’m worried they won’t take me seriously. I also heard getting the first offer is the hardest, and once you have one they’re more lenient. So based on your experience, out of the 3 locations you would say Wynn one is the best?
They all have their charms. Since they are so close together I'd hit all three - it is very easy to do that within the time span of a couple of hours.

I would not wait for my SA to request a wishlist. Find a way to organically work it into your next conversation and express your desire for a QB, your ideal specs, etc.
Also, don't believe everything that you see/read online, and then remember that everyone has a different experience. Some have incredibly high spend ratios and don't receive an offer, others have little to no spend and receive offers. It's across the board - there is no magic algorithm, unfortunately.

I shopped with them during my visit last year but didn’t have much knowledge about the journey or building relationship to be honest with you. My profile is pretty brand new at this point. I had a pleasant experience with them and am coming back to see them in the summer but wanted to hear what everyone’s experience/advice is.

I see. I’m fairly new to the brand myself (2 years, 2 QBs) but I am a local. I don’t think you should worry too much about pre-spend/stock at each store etc because as you’ll learn from this forum, it’s all random. First, decide if you really want to make Vegas your home store. That means that you’ll have to fly here to pick up QBs if/when they come. If yes, then I’d just go to each store and see if you can find a SA you like. To me, that means asking for a few small items and seeing if they’re nice to you, if they’re willing to show you different color ways and sizes. Chit chat with them and see if the conversation flows easily while they’re helping you. You don’t have to buy anything (and shouldn’t) until you find someone you like.

2 qb in 2 years is great! Did it take you about a year to get the first one offered with a single SA and consistent spend? What happens if your SA leaves, do you have to restart everything with the new one? I.e. you spent $8k with one, they left- you’re back at square 1 with the new one?It's funny you should ask, I've had 2 SAs so far. My first QB (a neutral K28) came after about a month with my first SA. He left the company and I stopped shopping at H for a while. When I started shopping again and met my second SA, it was very heavily implied to me (in a nice way) that my purchase history with my first SA wouldn't help me get prioritized. My second QB (a neutral B25) came after 4 months with the second SA.Good to know! Appreciate your help
I totally get the loyalty aspect and all but that scenario definitely scares me. That’s awesome that your 1st SA came though before leaving the company tho!
I'm just a casual shopper (not a big spender by any stretch) so it didn't bother me. I mostly buy shoes and silk, which I've used extensively so no hard feelings
My second (and current SA) explained to me that he has clients that have a history with him who are waiting on bags, so he can't just let me jump the queue as a new (to him) client. It's a reasonable explanation and I completely understand.
Hi everyone, I'll be visiting Vegas from Toronto in July this year and was wondering what stock is like. Hoping to purchase an Evelyne TPM in noir or gold.
I shop at Hermes in Vegas - even the popular nonquota bags if you have no purchase history they will tell you as a new customer coming in just asking for bags they have none. I have witnessed this many times even one time I was in store paying I heard an SA tell a random tourist who just came in for a Picotin they had none - but I just got shown two 18 and I know they had it I declined due to color but I’m a regular customer so I’m pretty sure they won’t sell you any unless you start buying other stuff when you go in like a scarf and shoes then you ask. I know it’s a game but straight up asking won’t work.
