Lady dior handle replacement

Hi all! bought my first mini lady dior few weeks ago, I love it but I noticed the hardware scratches crazily, I know that the charm could be replaced at a cost, may I know if replacement for other parts is available too? The "ring" has some very serious scratches as well

Yes you can inquire about that at Dior. Those are replaceable as well, but for a fee.
