Just stumbled on this, and mine does the same thing. I though I was just unlucky and since I don't have a Dior in my country, I didn't bother with the trouble of complaining cause I thought I'd get nowhere. Now I'm considering it, if they truly are helpful with either repair or store credit, cause the bag ain't cheap and I'm so afraid to use it except fancy dinner dates

I think go for it, contact Dior customer service and see what they say first if you don’t have a boutique where you live, you have nothing to lose.

Thanks, you're right. No harm in reaching out, and if they will help, I'm actually traveling somewhere with a Dior store next month

Hey!

I got mine back from repair in March this year, and I used it once in September and the other side of the bag started peeling and rubbing somewhat badly after that one use.

Took it back to the boutique again and they’ve sent it off for repair, I will be following up with them later this week about it, really hoping for a credit at this point because this is obviously an ongoing issue that isn’t going to be fixed through repair.
