Another preloved addition. This one came with some blemishes but you could tell she was once a beauty queen! Happy to have her.

I bought this lady dior in lizard less than a year ago. Has anyone experienced the discoloration in the bag? I get some dark spots on my bag and dont know what to do 🥲

I am not of much help. It looks like the hardware is oxidizing, causing discoloration on the light colored leather. Exotic leathers in light colors are so delicate. Have you tried lathering the spots with leather lotion? I am sorry this happened to your beautiful bag
Sorry to see this but I suggest bringing it back to the store and asking them if anything can be done.
The metal hardware has caught dirt and pressed it onto the leather below. This is normal. A leather cleaner that works on lizard should be able to take that off easily.

An update from my bag, I saw some parts get flaky out or peel out. Also the skins get darken and I guess it will turn black soon. I store the bag really well which I dont use it on daytime to avoid the sun and only use it 5 times.
I already contacted the Dior team so let see what solutions that they will have.
