La Prairie vs La Mer

In places where the sun is really strong I usually wear a hat. The climate definitely has an impact. Here in New York I can get away with a relatively light sunscreen. But when I visit family in New Zealand, where the ozone is thinner, I wear a hat.
La Prairie is next on my list to try! I've used La Mer a few times before (moisturizer, face wash and lip products) but it didn't make a huge difference on my skin although it did help my dry skin during winter time. I love their lip products (the lip balm and lip volumizer) which I'd repurchase again.
I'm currently finishing up my Augustinus Bader cleansing gel and face cream but won't be repurchasing anytime soon as I saw no difference in my skin with either products.

I'm not a big fan of Augustinus Bader as I did not find them to be high performing either
but there is a lot of hype around them.
Personally, there are other products that I have found that work better than AB, jmo
Agreed and unfortunately, I’m guilty of buying into the hype for this one 😅
Do you know which line of La Prairie you're gonna try as there are a number of them?
The Skin Caviar even though I love the aesthetic of the White Caviar ☺️ I’ve just heard more about the Skin vs White so I always start off with what a brand is known for and branch off from there if I like it
White Caviar eye cream and face cream. La Mer was just too thick for me. I also really like SK II milk cream, not a fan of the essence.
