Ladies, they got cleaned out very quickly of the fabulous scarves and clothes. I thought the clothing was magnificent but still too high for the separates. The long coats were swoon-worthy but maybe 1-2 in each size. As a result, I couldn't find my size but I got one for my mother that she loved! The clothes had a limited color palette as well- very neutral. Black, dk brown, sable, ivory, white, little navy, dk olive, aubergine/brown, charcoal, dk purple, very little accented bright blue or blood red on white silk- flowy shirts. Few cash. sweater sets in heathered cylamen or steel blue. The short, fitted shearling jackets came in ivory w/ ivory fur or dk brown with ivory and they were smashing! I only saw 1 vest in ivory in sz 34 that an Asian girl snatched up. Cool hd in anthracite; hook and eye. Beautiful zip-up short dk brown suede jackets 1 in each size. But the cash. coats and jackets were it for me! In ivory with cream leather inside accents, dk navy with charcoal lining/lapels/cuffs, dk brown/aubergine with deep esspresso/blk lining and few brown leather accents inside. Lots of tie belts on short jackets with wide, cuffed sleeves. Very simple, clean lines- classics.

I think there were 8-10 bags there but I never saw them displayed, only in shopping bags on line. All canvas navy or med green large totes- like garden party. When the people paid they did bring them giant orange sleeper bags for each. I wanted the sleeper far more than the bags!

Maybe they replenish a bit of stock each day? Probably not, but one can dream. Maybe I'll go back the last day- tomorrow?

Anything small 3 fold in Leather (barenia good, but I can settle)? I hear Vanessa is taking the kids up to Hearst Chateau for a couple days.

Encore Hermes, there was no leather except for the 3 belts! So no condom holders in any way! So, Vanessa is the dutiful mother with no ring from J.D. Oh, what those pretty boys get away with!

I got very little. Just the glorious coat, a cash./sheepskin hat, a med. chale- "Lujo Criollo" in navy, dk green, oatmeal, rust and med brown, a silk twill "Chemins de Garrigues" in white w/ pastels and a "Decoupage" in teal blue w/ dusty pink. I almost got the GM mousseline "La Musique des Spheres" in pale blue and sea green w/ lavender accents, another "Decoupage" in pale spearmint, a cash. pochette of "Jardin Turmene" in blood red with jewel tone accents, a cash. pochette of "Kantha" in dusty pink with dk red motifs, a black twill with fuschia "Fleurs de Fuschia" and a sage w/ muted pastels of "Lumieres de Paris". I don't wear pochettes though, nor mousselines- I prefer the GM chales so I curbed my lust. I'm completely obsessed with Chemins de Garrigues in the dark cws so I did it anyway. The blue is always useful because I have blue eyes. Very practical.

Oh, GK, I'd be over the moon if it were for me! It looks like a bathrobe on me! I'm so short and small that alot of clothes look like nightgowns and bathrobes on me- what a perfect model I'd be- for Lanz...

:roflmfao::roflmfao: Lanz with little flowers on the nightie! Some of the wrap coats do look like bathrobes of everyone:p

Hi all, I'm obviously completely obsessed and I returned to the sale today thinking it was the last day. Wrong- last day is Saturday. There are still quite a few scarves left. Here's what I saw: 24 Faubourg 2 cws, Samuel de Champlain 4-5 cws, H en Fil 2-3 cws, Brides et Frontaux 1-2 cws, Spinnakers 2 cws, Les Toits de Paris 2 cws, Decoupage 2 cws, Balles de Golf II 2-3 cws, Sequence 1 cw, Lumieres de Paris 3-4 cws, Paris Modiste 3-4 cws, Fleurs de Fuschia 4 cws, Les Petits Metiers 4 cws, Plaza de Toros 1-2 cws, Quai aux Fleurs 1 cw, Swing 2 cws, Boogie Woogie 2 cws, Bete de --(can't remember) 1 cw, La Musique des Spheres 1 cw, Exercise pour Formes(?) 3-4 cws, Jardin Turkmene 2-3 cws, La Rosee 1 cw, Liberty 1 cw, Alphabet Russe 5-6 cws, Grand Roue 3-4 cws, something with sticks that looked like Crayons 2 cws

Wow, sounds like fun - and what a great memory you have! Could you tell if the stock was replenished? I have a friend who goes to the Paris sales and they replenish those daily. Someday I hope to make one myself!

LB, I'm like an idiot savant! They are not replenishing here but there is still alot of clothing left. Also, I don't believe there will be further markdowns. After Saturday, everything not sold will move on to NYC where it will meet up with whatever has been culled from other sales venues. If anyone has the inclination, it's empty now (probably not Sat.) so it's very pleasant to shop. FYI, there are some stunning dark olive suede knee-high boots, @4-inch heel, side-zip in sizes 38.5-40.5. They're a fab price- 60% off! Of course not in my size...

GK, gauging by the crowd, or lack there of yesterday, there should be clothing left because it's still high and most of the scarves I mentioned on my second list. If you need cw info I will do my best to remember exact specs. I've been seeing some of the same ones popping up on Ebay already; I just can't figure out how to post photo attachments. I've really tried, followed the directions etc and nothing... I'm very technically challenged!

You know, I have so many other things to do tomorrow, the chances of me getting there are slim and nil. I need to be good anyway, a nice orange box is on the way to me...

But thanks for the offers:flowers:
