Of course her 'work' looks alright in pictures when she uses industrial strength filters/photoshopping/airbrushing which makes her 'work' look softer, but I bet in real life that face of hers would give you a jump scare. It's probably like a wax mask, very tight
I would guess her neck and hands aren't as smooth as her face.
Yes, I want to see a candid, non-filtered picture. Her nose is still lopsided, but so many celebs with tiny nose jobs have lopsided nostrils so it's not just her. Nevertheless, it's unfixable?

Also the top lip seems slimmer. Are we coming to the end of the huge filled top lip?

That and nasolabial lines are in. I always thought it looked strange or a sign of filler when they erased those.

They have said Kris was a looker.

This is in the 1980s (or possibly even 1970s) with Kim’s dad before having kids I think. So I’m guessing she’s in her early 20s in this pic.

She looks a bit like Phoebe Cates here. The daughters did get their good looks somewhere. lol.

She does look very good for 70 but if I had to be honest I never thought she was some great looker when she was younger. I used to think a young pre PS Kim was really cute though.
I'm old so I remember when the media picked up on the blended families and new marriages and loads of children.

Kris was lovely looking, but not overly special being that they were in LA. According to the standards of the day -very lovely, tall and good figure but not a great beauty.

The old photos posted above are her best shots - I would only submit my best shots too.

Unfortunately hands and arms tend to give away the age. But one celeb I’m impressed with is Demi Moore. Her hands look good in candids from what I could see so far. She doesn’t hide them either. She really takes care of her skin.
Yes I know, this is why I find it ridiculous that people get their faces smoothed out and then their hands and arms give away their age. I'm just 2 years younger than Kris and my arms are much better. I've never had any procedure of any kind and I think people should embrace their age, whatever it is!

I hear you.

I remembered Sophie Marceau, a French actress from the Bond movie and wondered whatever became of her since some tpf members pointed out that their non American actresses age gracefully. Sophie Marceau has a point in her interview. Monica Bellucci also echoed the same about aging.

From Quora:
Looking back through her old interviews, I’m struck by journalists’ tendency to objectify her, swooning over her “eyes that you might write poetry about” and “thick glossed hair that tempts the fingers”. One writer called Marceau “the most distractingly sexy woman I have ever met”.

“Better than a knock in the face, huh?” Marceau laughs, when I ask if such comments ever bothered her. “I’m not going to complain about being told I’m beautiful. It’s always pleasant to hear. But I’ve always been aware that beauty is temporary and I don’t want to get trapped by it.” She compares beauty to wealth. “You see those super-rich people, how horrible they feel when they lose a little money. All they can think is: I was rich-er! It’s ridiculous to be like that. If you can only focus on what you lose you do not see how much you have.”

She softens. “I’m getting older. I can never be more beautiful than I was and it would be sick to chase that. I need to be free in my work and that means feeling the emotions – not thinking about my wrinkles.”

She’s still typical French. Wears no bra in the summer at the age of 60.

Going back to American celebrities, yes, I think there is still a long way to go in terms of aging gracefully. Also, as @limom pointed out, these plastic surgeries seem free to them as long as they mention the provider / plastic surgeon.
