Demi Moore (sorry to keep using her as an example, I adore her) only has so much collagen plumpness at her age and she's doing as much as she can, just like Kris. We tend to see only the manipulated images though.
Even JLaw lost her fabulous youthful skin plumpness (especially in the cheek area) now that she's not 21 anymore.

but she is so in love with her favorite child and wants to be her twin so badly she wasn't going to stop until she got that look.
Of course her 'work' looks alright in pictures when she uses industrial strength filters/photoshopping/airbrushing which makes her 'work' look softer, but I bet in real life that face of hers would give you a jump scare. It's probably like a wax mask, very tight

She does look very good for 70 but if I had to be honest I never thought she was some great looker when she was younger. I used to think a young pre PS Kim was really cute though.
