Key Pouch Hardware

Hi Ladies,

I bought an orange Key Pouch from Bloomies and it arrived today . I was super excited to open the package, my heart palpitated... you know, that tingly feeling... after I opened the box, my high was brought low. Maybe because I haven't purchased a MJ item in a while but, doesn't the hardware usually have the plastic covering on it? The gold hardware looked used but the leather was 'clean" - no scuffs. Is this the norm?

it should have the sticker. it sounds like someone removed it. ask for an exchange.
