I really liked the movie. The photography is beautiful . The various stories are disjointed, but I felt that they would come together as the
Subsequent movies came to be. In my opinion the story is really about the settlement of the West. The various threads are just possible examples of how our country evolved.

I agree that it is beautifully filmed.
The good thing about streaming is that you can pose and go back later, sitting at the movie theater was torturous for me.

I tried to get my husband to watch Horizon Friday night, he passed. He thought it looked long and boring.

I'll get to it at some point this week, I am curious to see it after all the hype (good and bad).

He really missed out sticking with the cash cow that was Yellowstone. It brought him back into the limelight. Too many egos got in the way and he thought this new project would carry that over. Too bad, I loved the first few seasons of Yellowstone!

Yeah, I get that.. but Kevin could have had more input I’m sure.. he chose to walk away and the rest of the cast in limbo

I watched it last night… I liked it. There’s a lot of storylines, just like there’s a lot of different things going on everywhere all at once in real life. So it didn’t bother me that they didn’t fit neatly together. I agree with others that it’s beautiful scenery. The acting isn’t the best, particularly Sienna Miller.

Surprised he’s marrying her. I guess it’s true that cheaters never believe that the person they cheated with would ever cheat on them. Wonder if they’ll sign prenups.

Apparently they were never actually dating. Costner said last summer that they were friends but he made a point of clarifying they were not romantically involved.

I think Costner is too old and too tired to date anyone seriously. He is more ambitious and interested in his work than he is dating.

When things blew up with his wife I recall reading rumors of him having an affair with someone on the set of Yellowstone, but I never saw any follow up.
