For long time owners how does epsom leather and chèvre mysore wear? I was set on getting an epsom wallet as I am not very careful with my stuff and have heard epsom wallets will last forever... But I was offered a chèvre mysore this week and wonder if it wears as well.

Loving all of these yummy Kelly wallets! What a great thread! I love the Key wallet as it fits a lot of stuff, it looks great and works as a clutch too!

Does anyone have suggestions on how to wear the KW crossbody other than using the Farandole necklace? I'm not the biggest fan of the design (so not really willing to pay that much for it) but not sure of where to find a sturdy, long enough necklace/chain to use as a substitute. (LOL I even cruised the costume jewelry section at Macy's.) Anyone to recommend on Etsy?

I recently purchased Kelly Long Wallet in orange chevre mysore, PHW at H.com, although my preference was orange epsom. Today, my SA called me and told me that they have a wallet in black epsom (PHW) available and now I am wondering if I should get the black epsome instead of orange chevre (unfortunately I can't have both and need to decide by tomorrow; I haven't used the orange one, so it is still returnable). Which should I get?? My friend told me to get black one, but I really like this beautiful orange color (but I also think epsom is more durable and can be used for longer time).
I'm planning to bring my orange wallet to the shop and ask my SA's opinion. Do you think it is OK to bring something that was not purchased from her?

I am a very practical person and I have learned the hard way that sometimes you need to throw practicality out the window. There are many times I have made the practical decision rather than going with what my heart was telling me and then regretted it. If you love the orange wallet then I would keep it. If you go see the black one and decide you love it, then that's one thing, but I wouldn't get it just because it's epsom if you really love the orange. Just my two cents.
By all means go look at the black one if you want (it will probably help you decide), but I wouldn't bring the orange one to your SA.
I love the beautiful colors of H. I used to buy everything black, but only colors for me for my H collection. I especially enjoy looking into my bag and see all different colors of SLG 😊. So if you like orange, don't settle for black because of the leather. Kelly wallet is not that hard to get, so if you don't like chèvre, wait for orange Epsom.
