I thought celebs got paid to attend fashion shows? What I didn't know is that they got paid to attend the Met Gala too.
Thats what i heard too. Celebs are paid to attend fashion shows and sit front row. They also can get free clothing and hair/make up.
but......she ain't really that high on the totem pole! nobody is checking to see if she went.
Shes still well known and has a tv show about to premiere so i guess the pr benefits both parties.
I thought she was pretty well regarded across the pond as she was on the Voice or whatever show it was.
A reality show trying to look for the next Destinys Child. Imo DC was all about Matthew Knowles grooming his 1st born for stardom. The other girls were removed/replaced as needed - if the show is allowed to reflect this drama Im in! [emoji6]

The Grammy award-winning artist announced to Essence on Monday that shell be launching a makeup line which specifically caters to women with darker complexions.
My makeup artist Sheika Daley and I are actually starting a makeup line were making sure we make, well, were starting off with lashes and then were going to have it grow for all women, Rowland told . But definitely making sure we have our chocolate girls covered. Gotta get the chocolate girls in there! We have to have that, you know. I think Iman has done a beautiful makeup line and I want to do it too!
Rowlands line will join a growing number of products that ensure darker skin tones dont get overlooked in the beauty world, including Cocoa Swatches, Queen by CoverGirl, among others.
A launch date hasnt been announced yet for the singers makeup line. But were impatiently waiting for the goodies she has in store.
