Kelly Depeche 25

Just got offered this bag today. She said it just came out two weeks ago and they only had one (it was Black Togo with gold hardware). She tried really hard to push it on me, but I'm really just wanting a Kelly or Birkin. It's a cute bag, but i'm not willing to spend that much on a casual day to day bag.

Were there any other alternatives in how to wear it? Like ability to wear as a crossbody?

She said I could use a twilly as a strap on it. Other than that, I don’t know. Maybe with a long chain?

Perhaps one could remove the wristlet and thread a twillon or maxi Maxi twilly in place to use as a crossbody strap?

I got the bag from Paris recently, etoupe in Epsom leather with PHW, still having mixed feeling about it..
I don’t know if it feminine enough?!
I tried carrying it with an Hermes chain but still thinkin..

I ordered off etsy awhile back in black, gold and ruthenium just as extra chain straps for bags that needed a little "help"!

It’s a very expensive bag. The price is close to a “traditional” kelly. If you don’t love it as it comes I would move on. I have seen it in person and it was not for me.

I'm still yet to find my forever colour of this bag to get me to commit, but I really like the size/concept and how much it holds.

I've played with both Togo and Evercolor models in store and felt that although the smoother grain of Evercolor makes the bag look more classic, it makes it quite a bit more rigid and harder to get into than Togo.
