I think when I wore crossbody, it was set to the shortest length already. It hit right at my hip area. The strap comes with two sets of holes, each set with 3 holes. You can adjust the length for different styles. However, there is a limitation for using it as waistbag, your waist measurement might have to be under 30in in order to fit you.

Thank you so much dear~ this is really helpful!! I think I need to grow a couple more inches and lose a few pounds to make this work hahahah~ But it sure does look amazingly cute on you!

Haha thanks dear. You really don't need to be tall for this bag because I am very petite too. Also, If you prefer the bag to hit your waist instead of hip, you can replace the strap with a shorter sangle strap. Since I am also a little curvy, I am thinking of getting a 13mm belt to make it work as a belt bag, just not sure what color of belt would make it work.
