Christie's had a boob job and I think a nose job. I say that as I recall seeing photos of her in my youth, when she graced various covers. I also see subtle work on her face too. Still, compared to many others, I think she looks great. As someone else said, she has a good surgeon and her body does look great. Covered, that is

Oh, and her hair. Amazing. She must employ the best of colourists.

It's not just her surgeon...in fact, it's mostly probably her...saying no. I posted this once, a long time ago, but it's the best analogy I've ever come across. Plastic surgery is like remodeling your home. You start with just your cabinets, but then your counters look bad so you replace them too. Then your lighting needs upgrading. Then you change the paint, and the art, and the floors. Before you know it you're remodeling the other rooms and changing furniture and accessories etc. A simple cabinet replacement turned into a full home renovation because upgrading one area made the others look less than what they started as. That is how plastic surgery is--it starts as a peel, then botox, then you add lip injections. Then you tweek the chin or nose, then you upgrade the boobs and do some lipo. Before you know it you have done the full work up of ps on your body when you only started with botox!

In Christie Brinkley's case she's done a great job of differentiating between small tweaks and major operations. She also probably hasn't caved to pressure from people (surgeons, hangerson etc) who encourage her to do more...she did a little here or there but kept it small and subtle. She is an example of "what to do."

I don't think Christie's one to say "no" to surgery - you have to go back every few years for a new facelift, anyways. She's been photographed looking cat-like, and then she's photographed looking normal for her age. I think she lucked out this time.... but soon enough she'll have to go back in for more surgery.

Christie looks incredible!! I don't remember ever seeing her look so great. Gorgeous woman head to toe and her dress could not have been a better choice!

Kate is just so incredibly un-attractive to me. Literally I see nothing model like about her at all. She has an average body, average face, average hair...nothing that stands out. When she's ever been photographed with other models at the same time, she's always the very last one I notice. Don't understand any of the hype with her. She reminds me more of a Joe Francis "Girls Gone Wild" girl than a high end fashion model.

As far as Kate Upton, I think she's very pretty. I don't necessarily think high-end model when I see her. She's got that California surfer girl, All American, look to her.

Granted she looks good from a distance. But up close (in other photos I've seen) you can see the ps, sunspots etc. But yeah, from a distance, she looks good and her body does look great, I'll give her that.

She'll be 60 in February. Is she supposed to look like she did 40 years ago? Why bring up how she looks up close? She looks better up close than most of the women on this forum who are young enough to be her daughter, I'm sure.
