I do find it rather ironic when people write "healthy" books, but yet they smoke .. 'cos that is NOT healthy!

Hahaha yes!!! I have a friend who is obsessed with eNumbers in food because 'they cause cancer' yet she still smokes!!!
I find it idiotic!!!!

some of us never stopped wearing them, including rachel zoe, sofia vergara and me. They're more flattering on my body type. I'll leave the skinny jeans to the skinny log legged girls.

I like her short hair a lot in some pictures, in others it doesn't look so good to me. Maybe she needs help styling it herself? I like her flare jeans, I would wear them myself but never find them in the stores where I shop (where I can try them on first).

I think smoking is awful but I would not reject her book out right just because of that alone. She has a great body in my opinion. She most likely eats healthy and exercises a lot in order to look like she does. So I would give her book a chance though to be totally honest I've never bought an advice/lifestyle book written by any celebrity.

I heard her on the radio and she was super positive and quite appealing,
Interestingly, her mother has a program for school kids helping them to come to a happy state.
So being happy is a huge part of their family and I far as I can tell, it works for them.
The book sounds quite good and she spoke about eating for your body type according to Indian medicine. I might pick it up.
