One of the things that looks most different is the area in between her eyebrows (the glabella), it appears wider/less-defined now and looks swollen all the time.
Her jawline and nose don't look that different to me, just that whatever she has had injected into her face has minimized any movement she once had, making her face look almost lopsided and puffy.
If she's done anything to her nose, it's one of those filler-nose-jobs, IMO.

I really thought she'd be one of the few actresses that would either age gracefully or at least have very minimal work done to her face when she's older... not while in her 30's.

Definitely. Botox aside, it looks like a liquid nose job...probably to make it appear more straight? But it just looks wider, and makes the tip look pointy, at the same time. She went overboard.

I know we all age but every time I watch "Sleepless in Seattle" or "You've Got Mail" I want to weep. Meg has just ruined her face. She'd have been fine to not touch her face.

I second that! Or different makeup. Who knows. I like her. I think her talent is wasted on a lot of the projects that she either chooses or is given and she is now branching out into other fields like health and fitness (which I think she is well suited for) to continue to have a career.

If she had only left her lips alone.....that's the worst part of it
