The 36-year-old mum-of-two looked sensational in an abs-flashing jumpsuit as she party-hopped across New York to the Up & Down nightclub where rumoured boyfriend Nick Jonas was also partying.
Kate had been out for the Golden Heart Awards in Manhattan that night, but made a quick change into a racy ensemble to make it a late evening for the moviestar.

The 36-year-old star separated from her Muse frontman fiancé in 2014 following four years together and she's now revealed their differing opinions of their lives together is what forced them apart.
'Relationships ending are painful, and you can choose to carry that or you can choose to reframe it. If Matt and I had a great relationship, we would still be together, but we chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives,' the Almost Famous star explained.
But despite their split, Kate insisted the two have done their utmost to ensure their relationship is amicable for the sake of their son Bingham Bellamy, four, and it looks as though they have succeeded.

While Kate and her brother Oliver Hudson, 39, have made no secret of their rocky relationship with their biological father, the duo have always gushed about their step-father Kurt Russell, who the actress said had been a 'consistent' presence in her their lives.
Meanwhile, the Award-winning actress is rumoured to be dating Jealous crooner Nick Jonas.
And Kate added fuel to the rumours when she partied at New York's Up & Down nightclub, where her 23-year-old love interest was also enjoying a night out.
'She loves that Nick is younger and that they can let loose,' an insider recently told Us Weekly.
The publication's source also asserts that the mother-of-two is enjoying being able to switch between her role as a mother and getting to enjoy the lighter side of life with the 23-year-old hunk.
The insider added that it's not a serious relationship this time around, saying: 'She doesn't see it. This is just a fun hookup for her. It's not like she's in love.'

I wonder what that means. They never discussed this before they got married? What does he want to do that she does not? Travel the world? Live in a hut on a south sea island? What are the different visions? Did she say?

Interesting that her mother chooses to have a committed relationship w/o marriage and Kate seems to jump into marriage and out of it very casually....."seamless" for the kids? Maybe but I always thought kids liked their parents to be together.
