hummm! Haven't heard about that yet. You know they call Kate "Yoko" (like the Beathles) as in she broke up the Black Crowes... Ever since I heard that I have been on the fence with her. They should have had a reallity show on MTV/VH1 at least they could have blamed it on the network. Another one bites the dust!

I remember reading about her marriage back when she was promoting her last movie. She was talking about people (women) spending the night at the house and what not. It seemed like she was really happy. Sorry for her.

I remember reading in magazines -- she said it was okay for him to cheat as long as she didn't know about it. An open relationship? How weird was that?
Just like Jennifer Aniston (years before the divorce) saying that she didn't believe in people being together forever and that Brad Pitt was a big love of her life, but not the love of her life.
Now that is one I didn't see coming. Although I always though that the whole thing was a little strange, but it seemed to be working for them.

Actress Kate Hudson and her husband, Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, are splitting, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.
A rep for the You, Me and Dupree star confirms that the couple are separating after nearly six years of marriage.
Hudson, 27, and Robinson, 39, wed on New Year's Eve 2000 after dating for about a year. Their son, Ryder Russell, was born Jan. 7, 2004.
In September 2004, while shooting Skeleton Key in New Orleans, Hudson told PEOPLE about her relationship with Robinson since Ryder's birth: "We're sharing something so gigantic now. I think it's the best we've ever felt being together."

Aww, that's really disappointing. I always thought they were a strange match, but that's part of what I liked about them.
I'm not surprised. Anyone who says, "My husband can cheat on me as long as I don't know about it." doesn't have the strongest marriage in my opinion. Her marriage has always sounded like Chris can do whatever he wants just so he'll stay married to her.
