She's already been declared single, there's a prenup for the properties and he's happy with the current custody... So why bother with an attorney?

At this point anyone who gets involved with Kanye in either a personal or business relationship should already know they are dealing with a loose cannon. He has hired and fired multiple lawyers and PR agencies just in the past couple of years. He cannot be relied on to fulfill the contracts he signed. Nobody can handle him and he does whatever he wants.
