Oh no, it's too big? I want it for my cartilage piercing as well. The photos on this thread where people have it in their cartilage looks really great.View attachment 5389897

Sadly, I got the email notice that my order may be delayed due to availability. At least I got to enjoy a small fraction of joy thinking that if I could check out online, then it meant there must be some inventory. Aw well. I suppose I'll just be surprised one day if I receive a tracking ID.
Yes, I'm in the U.S. Thanks for the good news.If you are in the US, the delay is not that long! I ordered last week over the phone and was told a delay of about a week but I received my earring yesterday.
Yeah, they say it can take up to a year or more for a cartilage piercing to heal. I had mine re-done (first one closed up) about 8 months ago and around the 6 month mark I was able to switch out earrings. I had to use Tea tree oil in the beginning because I got a bump. What a mess, but it's ready now for the Juc earring. And I just got a new email today from Cartier that it is ready to ship out. Can't wait!I'm loving this earring, but I'm afraid my cartilage will take forever to heal..
Yay, lucky you! I hope it will arrive very quickly! My second lobe holes took almost 6 months to heal, so I don't think I can wait that long and keep wearing the surgical steel stud meantime. Perhaps it would be easier just to get a huggie.Yeah, they say it can take up to a year or more for a cartilage piercing to heal. It looks so cute! Thanks for sharing your experience with this piece.I ordered the earring on Tuesday and it arrived Friday. I feel so fortunate with the zero wait time.
It was tricky getting it on. As most folks have said, you have to put it in “backwards”.
Closing and opening the earring is no small feat. I had to take it out and practice for a bit, so I’d know how much pressure and where to make the earring click to close. Not as easy to do when it’s in the ear and you can’t really see.
I slept with it on and couldn’t even feel it. It’s very light and since it’s the perfect cartilage size for where my piercing hole is at, it stays up instead of hanging downwards.
If you can get your hands on this, I say go for it. The only time I plan on taking it out is when I go to the hair salon. One time the Stylists brush got caught in my previous piercing and yanked down so hard, I can’t explain the pain. Even I did it while brushing my own hair. So beware of that with a hoop of any sort.
Oh man! You poor thing. That pain is intense. I hope it never happens again. It looks so cute! Thanks for sharing your experience with this piece.
I can definitely relate to the earring and hairdresser experience. The same thing has happened to me before and that pain… is awful. In my case, I had a stud in the cartilage piercing but the brush got caught and the hairdresser literally ripped the backing of my earring off. I would not wish that pain on anyone.
I no longer have a cartilage piercing so I am safeOh man! You poor thing. That pain is intense. I hope it never happens again.
