Hi @Bosslady2000. I also got a pair in rose gold and honestly I struggled to take one off too just now but I figured it out. To close it, you shouldn’t need to push that hard on the post (down). Maybe try it without it being in your piercing?

First, I tried to practice to open and close it, I could open it but can not close and afraid to bend. I kind of feel that the post is sticking a bit further from the above the opening (hole?) maybe 1.5 mm. I am thinking if I pressed on the post too hard and bended it too much already.

I see. I would be hesitant to push it too hard as well. Maybe send photos to the SA to explain the situation?
