Oh no, it’s so sad that you’ve had a bad experience at the store! For the price they charge, you really should feel welcomed and looked after.

And a tip to remove them easily: Pull up on the post near the back behind your ear where the joint is! It must create that extra bit of leverage needed to help it along.

Sharing in case anyone else is like me and needed to see them side by side! Sorry about the calculator-quality picture, I took them off at work for the quick photo! I tried to catch the difference in color as best as I could. When I am wearing them, I almost can’t tell the difference - even though they’re on the same ear.

Hi Cartier lovers.

I just open my red box, gift from me to me. It was bought 2 m ago and was patiently waiting.
I remember how CA in the store told me that open and close this earring can be challenging. She showed it to me quickly but I obviously did not try it myself.
Now I was able to open it but can not close it. It feels so tight. I tried to press on the post but nothing and I am afraid to press harder and bend it. I tried to do everything that shown in the video on the first page but w/o result. The closest Cartier boutique is 3 h on the plane. Help
