I don’t wear my small JUC / dia daily and like you, I don’t really miss it. When I do wear it (like today, I’m going out with my thirsty Thursday crew) it still sparks joy!

My experience is that it doesn't flatten, and my SA recommended me to wear it with the nail head on my Love!

...and If you wear it the way she described in the video, the Love bracelet will push onto the nail tip resulting the weight of the Love warping the JUC (usually towards the inside). Best is not to wear them at all, I guess

I've worn my JUC and Love in all different ways and have not experienced any flattening, warping, bending, scratches etc.

And I think if I got juc with diamonds, likely the flattening won’t happen. In that tictoc, hers is a heavy stack. That might contribute.
But then, I rarely have a heavy stack. But I wear snug fit so this might be the reason why it happened to mine.

I recently sold my small JUC, but I had it for a year and always wore the nail head flush with my Love, and never had any warping, flattening or anything. I also preferred the way it looked with the nail head towards my Love anyway.

My small Love is sz 15 and small JUC is sz 14. Wrist measurement at the bone 13.8-14cm.
