Just received my truffle box..

Is the mirror supposed to come covered in plastic or something?? it's scratched and the bag has some lines on them, not scratches but like a little line in the leather like maybe it's supposed to be there?? Help..

From my experience with BNY, the bag comes with the mirror already attached to the bag. Can you post a pic?

when i receive order from BalNy, the morror is on the bag, but only once was there a clear plastic adhesive sticky on it. have you tried to clean the mirror at all yet? that might help??
are the lines you are referring to veiny lines. if so, all bbags have those, it's just a matter of how many.
