I was a bad girl today. Very bad. I have to think of something to butter up the DH before I get home lol. Stopped in to see the rose gold mini today to decide if I want it. After seeing how beautiful it is IRL (more pink than what I’ve seen in other pictures) needless to say I took her home. Where it got bad was when my SA also showed me the tweed mini. That also came home with me. My very 1st Chanel tweed.

Thank you! I have always loved the idea of tweed but have been scared of getting one lol. As soon as I tried it on I was hooked and in a smaller size of a mini I was less worried. Some of the SAs there told me to protect it with a spray and be mindful of what materials I wear with the bag. This won't be an everyday bag for me so I feel like I'll be able to easily take care of it. I'l try to take a photo of me wearing it when I actually take her out Do you think tweed is something I can use in the summer or just fall/winter?

IMHO I think the color looks like it could work with summer outfits as well. Oh I’m so excited for you to take her out lol!

It’s like it always goes; wasn’t planning on buying anything and then she came home with me! Saw pics on the 21a thread of this beauty and had to go and see her in real life; didn’t think it would be so hard to track her down. Traipsed all over London today to finally end up buying the last piece at NBS! I don’t think the pics do her justice she’s really sparkly in real life! Thanks for letting me share ☺

Congrats on your beautiful minis! I wouldn't be able to leave the store without the rose gold either. It looks less metallicy, more leathery than the others I've seen. If that makes sense.

Thank you! I had my reservations about the bag based purely on the pics that had been posted online. But once I saw it in person and tried it on I knew it was a keeper. Goes to show how important it is to be able to see a bag IRL. I am so thankful that I live near a boutique and can swing by to see items before committing to paying for it.

Thank you! I do agree that photos don't do it justice. I had seen that bag online and didn't think anything of it because it didn't necessarily wow me. But when my SA showed it to me I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved it. Love the gold sparkle to the tweed as well as the blue in it.
