Juicy Charms, the addiction continues!

They have some charms and jewelry at Macy's in Fresno. I didn't know Macy's carried Juicy jewelry. All the charms were styles from last year and were on sale. They had the dalmation, pink ice skate, pink box of candy, and a few others I can't remember. I had all of them but one, the bunny in a basket with Easter eggs. With a coupon, it only cost $14.30. It was originally $58.

The Juicy charms were sold in select Macys stores early on, then a couple of years ago they went to the other stores too. My Macys only seems to carry a limited selection though, and they don't carry a lot of the jewelry either. When Nordstrom had Juicy jewelry and the charms they always had a nice selection and displayed it nicely.

Hopefully I will hold on to them this time around. I really still enjoy trying to find the ones I want. I thought I was done but I guess not. I've been tempted to get the Hula girl charm from China but I'm afraid it might be fake. Makes me nervous.
I bought a few Strongwater charms as well and when they come I hope to take a picture in that thread. I bought their charm bracelet since I tend to wear charms on bracelets more than any other way.

Have you seen the new smaller charms?
They are pretty cute, and with a good clasp they are a nicer quality than the previous minis.
They are a nice size for bracelets, and there's a new smaller bracelet also that looks pretty much like the original starter bracelet.

BTW, the larger charms don't fit on the smaller bracelet. the smaller bracelet is for the smaller charms.

I have! Thanks. I ordered a few using the code that Xatrina gave. I'm excited to see them IRL. I have quite a few of the other minis so these should be better with the new clasp.

Glad they worked out. Have a photo? TIA
Sorry, I didn't respond sooner. I just saw this. I prefer the minis on a bracelet but I love the greater detail on the large ones. For me, they work better as purse charms or on zipper pulls, or just to look at.

I ordered these two fobs when I got my charms. I got the school fob because it was on sale and I figured then I didn't have to buy a separate pencil charm. I don't really understand why they put a jewel on it. What does that have to do with school? I wish it were a notebook or something.

I got the Halloween fob because I couldn't resist that adorable ghost. I wish the coffin were a charm that opened. On the back of the coffin it says "no scary fashion."

My photos don't show all the details. You can't see the face on the pumpkin, the leaf on the apple and "Juicy" on the pencil.

Thanks! That looks cute, perfect size. I've used the larger charms on bracelets, but hate for them to bang against each other. Sometimes I just use one large charm on the bracelet.

BTW...I don't recommend wearing or using the skull charms, the paint on the face rubs right off and even the flowers fall out.

Those are sooo cute. Will have to go find them on the site.

RE: the jewel.
Juicy always adds something glam/blingy to their stuff, sort of their "look" I guess. Sometimes it subtle, and sometimes it's over the top, LOL.

You're welcome! I think my bracelet needs a few more minis on it to be complete. If I had bought all that I wanted, it would have cost around $200. For one bracelet, that seemed ridiculous. If I buy them separately later, I won't remember how much I spent!

Sometimes you can't tell how cute they are until you see them in real life. I usually like the bling but sometimes it borders on tacky. I love both of these.

I couldn't see the point of buying the pencil charm for $48, even though it is adorable, when I could get an almost identical pencil on the keyfob for $28.80.

Just viewed the JC collection at Kohl's online. No charms anywhere! I am hoping that the only reason they are not carried at Kohl's is because charms come in boxes and might take too much space to display. The charms should not be dangling off the plastic or cardboard labels they are using to hang and display at the stores. Charms need to be in boxes so the enamel does not chip or crystals fall of by clanking around. Maybe the charms will be exclusive to JC online.

Macy's around here never carried the charms - only handbags & iphone covers.
I think it was this thread that clued me in that Macy's sold the charms at all! I worked at Macy's for around 3 years - once I knew they carried them, I could do an in-store search and find some charms, when they didn't appear on the Macy's website. They never put many on their website at all.

Well, I did once see a lone pagoda charm in a local store. It must have been an internet return.

dollover, glad you could use the code. I was tempted but ...

whateve, thanks for posting the fobs. Cute! That would probably be the closest I'll ever get to owning a JC ghost charm. Except I've got the fob from last year? year before? that has the witches hat & black cat.

Has anyone seen that last patriotic heart charm anywhere but ebay? There must be more of them out there! I check TJMaxx every now & then, but nada.

So quiet around here...

I've been checking the JC site and seems like forever since they put up any new charms.
I hope they have a couple for halloween...maybe a new Ghost charm?? that is one of the few charms that has eluded me so far. Not that I haven't seen them on ebay, it's just that I don't like it enough to pay the premium prices. So a new Ghost charm would be great.

I know a lot of collectors don't wear the charms, but I like to wear them and I have a lot of fun with them. Lately I've been mixing them up, using the small charms with the larger charms, mixing colors, types, etc. Will post a couple of photos.
