JUC Ring bought in May, too late to ask for travel pouch + cleaning kit?

Hi all,

Looking for some advice. I purchased the thin JUC ring from the e-boutique in May. It didn't come with either the travel pouch or cleaning kit.

I then purchased the Love Wedding band in-store and it came with both. I realize it's now over 3 months later, but if I called them up, do you think they will still be willing to send these items to me?
