I completely agree! It makes wearing the bag a lot more comfortable, especially crossbody. Very well thought out.
What do we think of JD's horizontal Lectoure?
This one is Cabas horizontal Lectoure Cuir Legato I love the black on black version.

BUT, I like the shorter handles of the vertical but it's too big for me (even though I can't see the exact measurements online) without heels, it may be too close to the floor. Even the (presumably female) model skims her ankle
