Jewelry to buy in UK vs North America

Hi, I am travelling to England in the next few months and I was thinking about picking up a piece of jewelry while in London. Any recommendations for pieces to buy there? Either because they are less expensive than North America (Canada / US) or because they're not as available in North America?
Budget ~1-2K GBP. Miiiight consider higher, depending on the item.
