I have a regular jeweler that I go to. I don't so sell them per se I trade them in toward something that I want and will wear. I find that I get a better trade in value than just selling it. If you don't have a regular jeweler then I would take them to several local jewelry stores and get a quote on what they would give you for them.

Man, I am hyperventilating that I just bought a freaking LV wallet. My first high end bag/slg. I am freaking out. Diamonds? Sure I buy those. But this stuff? Exceeds my mental price threshold.

You're going to have the best luck finding info on the Hermes subforum for that I think. I know that seems more Jewelry box but the Hermes fans REALLY know their Hermes pieces, even down to the bracelets.
