I'm incredibly jealous of some of these jewelry collections! Especially the Art Deco and antique pieces, those are lovely.
Most of my jewelry is fairly inexpensive fashion pieces (my 'jewelry fund' currently goes toward graduate school), but I've managed to collect a few nicer pieces that I love:
Vintage diamond and sapphire ring, set in platinum and worn as a RHR. I inherited this from my grandmother (she wore it as her wedding ring); all diamonds are original, but I did have the sapphires replaced. They were originally trapeze cut, but many of them were broken and I couldn't afford the custom-cut replacements.
White gold halo-style diamond studs that I bought as an early graduation gift to myself. I'm not sure of the exact carat weight, as these were purchased from a sample/pre-owned sale and did not have specs on the tag. My estimate is 1.5-1.75 ctw (the centers are 0.50 each). They are much clearer than they appear in the picture (they need a good cleaning).
Platinum and 18-karat yellow gold "We're too old for a promise ring but can't afford an engagement ring" from my SO. Found at the same sample sale as my diamond studs.
