Hey GayleLV,

Either People is running an old Jessica photo or Jessica is dragging around an "old" (at least in Hollywood years) bag. That one is from Tano, one of their earlier versions. Maybe about 4 years old. Given that, I don't know where you'd find it unless you snagged a used one. I'd contact Tano directly.

No, sorry, but it is. I was only 95% sure myself so I emailed the photo to Tano directly and was told that yes, it is a Tano bag and that it is indeed from 3-4 seasons ago. My contacts were Diane Hart and Steve Giner (Diane double checked with Steve). If you'd like their email or phone numbers I'd be happy to PM you with that information.

No need to apologize, Im just surprised. At first, I thought it looked Tano-ish, too- but if you look at it up close, it appears that the leather is embossed with some sort of pattern, and the handles are patent leather. I've never seen any Tano bags with those details. Did Diane give you a model #/name? (Im sure Ill be getting emails about this thread soon, so Id like to be prepared!)

No, Tano Expert, she did not. Steve however did comment that the bag was was "one of the first shapes we ran for Anthro before your time (in reference to Diane)". Since the bag was unavailable for purchase through retail sources, I didn't ask for more information.

Oh, ok- now I feel better- it must have been a custom bag that they private labelled for Anthropologie a few years ago. It was probably never in their own line. Whew!:sweatdrop: Thanks for clarifying!
