Did she always talk that slow? Maybe not slow but kinda thinks quickly before speaking so her words are deliberate. She sounds like she’s on something or buzzed. Not drunk. But maybe a stiff drink on an empty stomach. Haha not sure that even makes sense. Just an observation.
