Jerome Dreyfuss Georges - opinions needed!

I am looking for a specific type of handbag and the Jerome Dreyfuss Georges is very close. It’s a nice bag and I found it on sale for $US900/€750. But that still seems like a lot for a tote, of a nice but non-marquee brand. Anyone care to give me your opinions?

I love Jerôme Dreyfuss but I think his bags ( and particularly Georges) are very expensive, compared to other brands on the market .

I just bought a billy bag. I paid $600 on sale. On sale, for me, it was worth it because there aren’t too many leathery, slouchy, edgy styles out there right now and this fit the bill. I will note that I am a fan of the side tier designers, and buy Victoria Beckham, Elena Ghisellini, etc. probably more than the average purse fan.

I have the Georges M, Billy, and two Lulus. Amazing bags- comfortable to carry and great quality. You can zip the Georges on the sides for a more structured look. Highly recommend.

My Billy large bag is such a work horse, I take that and a BV Veneta hobo on every group oand all my bag needs are covered
