A lot of them are just flipping houses. It is not like they do any work themselves and having a “name”house adds cachet. Plus California has been increasing in value so fast, every more they pocket money.

You know what I am glad you wrote that. I watch a youtube channel from Architural Digest and they are always showing off celebrity houses. I love the youtube channel but the celebs always state how hard it was getting the vibe, finding new stuff for the house and basically designing and laying out the house.
THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! lol. They have the $$ and the architects, interior designers, contractors etc do all of the work after they are paid by the rich celebrity.
Them saying that is like me going out with 100k and going to the finest tailors in the world and having them completely outfit everything I wear. Then when I am seen walking down the street looking fabulous someone thinks, "wow he has great taste".

Lots of people throw lavish birthday parties in Hollywood, not just Jennifer. She's mentioned she's a Bridgerton fan. She's worked her butt off over 30 years. If she wants to have a good time at this point of her life, even if it's just to distract from her failed marriage, I'm all for it.

It would be gracious and good manners to hand them back, especially the second one because in almost every photo he's looking anywhere but at her and she must see this when reviewing everything afterwards, as I'm sure happens, and she'll see that the marriage was not genuine (on his part, anyway). It's all very sad.
