Jennifer Lawrence is engaged to boyfriend Cooke Maroney, a rep for the actress confirms to PEOPLE.
The Oscar winner, 28, was spotted wearing a “massive ring” while enjoying what appeared to be a celebratory dinner with Maroney, 34, at Raoul’s, an upscale French restaurant in New York City, according to Page Six.
“It was a giant rock. They seemed like they were celebrating and people were talking about it,” a source told the outlet. “The ring was very noticeable. They were sitting back in a corner. She was wearing a cute black dress with white polka dots.”
The couple got cozy during a date on Saturday in New York City. A few days earlier, the happy couple was spotted on another date in the West Village, all bundled up to battle freezing temperatures

She does not seem mature enough to get married but congrats I guess. She has been quiet professionally for the past couple years.

She's not giving up Hollywood for him. She had said in a 60 minutes profile months ago that she was going to take a break to get involved in politics, and perhaps go back to Kentucky to run a farm. She wanted off the Hollywood train for a while, and that's what she's doing. But of course, tabloids don't believe that women can handle any multi-tasking when it comes to love.
you are so right about tabloids and that is why i said "supposedly" because i don't bother with them but my son was given free magazine subscriptions at work and one of them is Us Weekly - so he gives that one to me. i usually put it straight into the recycling bin but this headline caught my eye. i didn't even read the story.
I just got this issue of VF and was shocked to see how she looks. I didn't even recognize her. Why would a woman who others try to look like make herself look like a generic Hollywood blonde? or maybe this is the photographer's doing. I'm disappointed.
