I don't see much difference, maybe it's a tad reddish, though.

IMO she looked best with the "Rachel" cut. All that long straight hair just hanging over her face is unflattering. I always think ladies look nicest with their hair either pulled back from their faces completely or cut in a shape that frames their faces.
