About time she sued him. It should've been for defamation of character - the way he rips on her is just cruel.
I think she's mad number one because it's Perez Hilton (he is constantly ridiculing her and berating her) and also because the nude scene in her movie the 'Break up' was not supposed to reveal everything, the rest was blurred out purposely. But the flip side of that is that somewhere the actual uncensored footage still exists of her nude! Hence it is now circulating in the public! Have to be careful with what you do on camera
I'm sure that our resident legal eagles will kindly correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think that expressing the view that an individual is physically unattractive, or even lacking in a particular artistic talent, even if such views are expressed in ways that might be considered harsh or snarky would be considered by a court to be defamation of character.
I think for that, he would have to do something like in some way, assert that she was a gifted shoplifter, harmed old people or puppies, defame her actual character in some way, as opposed to merely expressing his opinion of her looks or talent.
You are correct!! I used to like Perez, but he has just been plain hateful for the last year. He is being sued by other paparazzi (sp?) for millions of dollars for stealing their pictures.
Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black because they make money by stalking people-stealing some of their most private moments. But I guess it's true-there's no honor among thieves.
I think because it's clearly a blog and what he writes are clearly editorials, celebrities can't really sue him for defamation of character.

Perez is an idiot. Making money talking about everyone else's problems or shortcomings. Jennifer is beautiful so is Angelina and most of the women he berates online!!! He's always drawing on the pictures little cocaine noses, etc. It takes a crackhead to know one. And to be "happy" he's friends with Paris Hilton??? The biggest garden tool (HOE) in Hollywood??? Give me a break!
