Got this Chanel 22 Samll size for my birthday!! Very light and love it very much!

Anyone trying to tell you it's "wear and tear" after a month of barely using it is out of their mind. These bags are SO expensive and are supposed to last for years. I literally have no-name cheapo wallets and bags from DECADES ago that are holding up better than this. This is for sure a faulty bag. They should definitely replace it. Quality should NOT peel!!

Just a little update, I brought it back to Chanel and the manager agreed to exchange to new one. They dont have the medium so i got the small one instead! luckily they didnt see as wear and tear, they saw its actually the quality issue that the leather peeling out of nowhere. they also said never saw this kind of thing before, but sure if its true but they were really really nice i must say.

Dear when something happens to the leather it’s covered by the warranty. Walk over to the store set an appointment too.

Glad they made things right and I hope the new bag is in great condition. The peeling leather is definitely cause for concern...

They have a new warranty plan called 'Chanel & Moi', which provides 5 years warranty on handbags now. First time heard about this, may due to the Chanel 22 issues.

Indoor under natural light. It looks quiet similar to the swatch. IRL the swatch has cooler tone.

My 23p dark beige mini top handle. This was such an impulsive purchase and a part of me wishes I would’ve waited to buy this in black but it’s really pretty! I definitely caught a lot of girls staring at my bag in soho this past weekend

Congratulations! I’m loving backpacks now and really like the Duma and the new Duma (?) (backpack with two pockets on the front from this season). I have always wondered how much the mini can fit compared to LV palm spring.
