I have tried it on in stores. It is a very large bag, but the leather is very soft and comfortable. I think the leather part of the chain makes it more comfortable when wearing on the shoulder or crossbody.
However, being a big bag, the more one puts into it, the heavier it will get. Comes with the territory.
To be worn comfortably, probably less is more. It's nice that it has the space to fit in a large scarf or lightweight cardigan without weighing the bag down too much (assuming one has only the essentials inside, aka, wallet, keys, phone)
