Goodness...i didn't even know tt Jade has kids...and at tt age too! I think you have to draw the line from being a mom and their friend. I don't think letting her kids to wear those outfits is acceptable... Not at all.

That's really not right whatsoever! I'm all for letting kids wear what they want, but I think as a parent she should have drawn the line before it got to that stage. I wouldn't even wear that at 18, you don't know who could be looking at her.

Hey somebody has to defend Ms Jagger and her daughters. In the first place, for whatever reason, this is the fashion now - look at any of the shops like RAVE and WET SEAL and CHARLOTTE RUSSE that sell clothes to teenagers and young women. In the 2nd place, it is inherently ridiculous to try to keep people who are physically women totally children. I know our economy requires they stay in the education system and do not go to work probably until they are over 21, but still their bodies are adult and "the mind" follows. Jade's younger daughter may not be quite there yet, but surely she is on the verge. Please remember, only about 100 years ago in most cultures the older daughter would've been considered marriageable. Do you think we have evolved physically that much in 100 years? I have always thought, the reason so many young people now (male and female) get into so much trouble is that we try hard to keep them children WAY past the age when it's appropriate to do so - and economic reality supports this custom------but it can't change who and what they are
By the way, I am a senior citizen so I've had some years to observe and change my mind about this if I'd seen something to change it - but I have not changed my mind.

I agree, I wouldn't letmy daughter dress like this. But on the other hand I look around and see all the teenagers dressing much more trashy than these girls, and they where out with their mom on a special event, so maybe I could accept that.

how is a plunging neckline appropriate for a 11 and 14 year old? they have NOTHING to fill it in. They shouldnt even be wearing bras.

well, they grew up in Europe where sexuality is not as scrutinized as it is here in the US. I would not allow my young daughter (if I had one) to dress like this either. But we are all products of our environment and upbringing. Don't forget Jade is from a rock and roll family and heaven only knows what she grew up witnessing at her mom and dads parties. But that is the only life she has known. I don't think she thinks she is being a bad mom. She has probably been there more for her daughters than her parents were for her. Her daughters clothing makes me uncomfortable but I have to stop short of saying she is an unfit mom. I can't judge someones whole parenting skills based on a photo. I don't know what goes on in their daily lives afterall. Its their life and any mistakes they make will carry consequences eventually, just like it does in everyones lives.

I have to say that is a bit much for the 11 year old. I agree with the earlier comment that you don't know who is already eyeing your children. No need to dress them up to provide solid images for the perverted. And as I write, I think 14 is even too young for the outfit that the older girl is wearing too. They've got the rest of their lives to dress like that, why rush it?
